About Aggie Arts

Aggie Arts began in 2011 when co-founders Lara and Dave Salter realised what an amazing depth of hidden artistic talent lay in their new home. St Agnes is a truly thriving village, and inspired by the many events and spectacles that take place here throughout the year, and they believed that marrying the wonderful coastal location with the village creative talent and diversity was a perfect holiday match.

In 2015 following the birth of her daughter, and looking for a new challenge, award-winning bridal designer Annie Lucas of Annalise Harvey took the reigns. Annie is an established Aggie Arts tutor and Craft and Cornwall enthusiast, and is delighted to be able to help locals and holiday makers alike have an authentic, quality experience in this glorious part of the Cornish Coast!

Aggie Arts - things to do in CornwallAggie Arts strives to bring you relaxation, quality and inspiration throughout your whole holiday in Cornwall. We have endeavoured to combine high quality accommodation and facilities whilst maintaining the quaint charm of the true Cornish Coastal village lifestyle. We think that personal service makes all the difference so if there is anything that we can do to improve your stay – please ask!

Supporting our local environment and economy is really important to us. So where possible we use local tutors and course leaders, local hotels, B&Bs and self-catering cottages. The local restaurants we book and recommend where possible utilise locally-reared meat, line-caught fish and locally sourced fruit & veg.

So, now we are offering an opportunity for you to share our wonderful village and partake in this unmatched lifestyle for the duration of your stay. There’s so many things to do in Cornwall we know you’ll have a great time. Enjoy!
